3Sixty’s top ten corporate travel destinations in Europe

London, UK

  • Location, location, location - it’s central to both the US and Asia, with favorable time zones for global companies wanting to connect and collaborate.

  • With 33% renewable energy production it’s not surprising, London is one of the top eco-cities to work in.

  • The city is full of history from Tower Bridge to Big Ben, with modern attractions like Harry Potter World too.

Berlin, Germany

Germany welcomes 9% of US business travelers every year.

  • And it’s well equipped for them, with a vast selection of luxury accommodations that offer both comfort and space.

Munich, Germany

The capital isn’t the only popular business destination in Germany!

  • Munich International Airport, only 18 miles from the center, has 266 different flights making it the location with the most global access.

  • If you’re around in September/October and you like beer, you’re in for a treat. Munich is home to the world’s biggest annual beer festival, Oktoberfest. Did you know that Einstein once worked at the festival installing tent lights?

  • There’s a diverse menu of places to visit, such as Neuschwanstein Castle, Olympiaberg hill (which is made of WWII rubble), and the Residenz.

Paris, France

France has consistently remained the number three top European destination for business spending in recent years.

  • Paris is the place for indulgence. Imagine walking to work across the cobbled streets, croissant in hand, with the Eiffel Tower in view. Then there’s the wine, and the cheese…

  • It’s big on innovation - having had 31 Nobel Prizes and investing almost 20 billion in research and development.

  • So, it’s no surprise, the French capital is massively advanced in tech, producing some of the most successful non-American startups.

Amsterdam, Netherlands

Everyone knows the narrow streets and canals of Amsterdam, we’ve seen them on friends’ social media as they pose with city bikes. But, what does it have for business travelers?

  • The artistic capital has a great start-up scene - housing headquarters of global businesses.

  • It has undeniable access to highly skilled talent.

  • It's a cultural heaven, with famous historic attractions including, the Van Gogh museum, Rembrandt House, and Anne Frank’s House.

Madrid, Spain

  • Madrid is packed with an expansive selection of high-quality accommodation.

  • Barajas airport connects Madrid to almost anywhere in the world, a massive bonus for global mobility.

Did you know that 55% of those that travel to different countries and cities for work enjoy it? A travel package could keep your employees happy and even attract millennials.

We may have made your decision more difficult after seeing all of the business and leisure benefits of traveling to these cities, but the most important factor of business travel is accommodation, not location. It’s where your employee will be spending most of their time, so it’s vital for them to be comfortable and well-equipped!

Tailored accommodation options are available to book worldwide, so you won’t have to compromise on your next European business trip.
